Bio:

Michael Markevich – With over twenty years of experience as a cybersecurity and digital trust expert, Michael loves to explore new technologies, mentor young security professionals, and do occasional research and hands-on work. Michael started his career as a system administrator at a university campus and then worked as a penetration tester, IT auditor, information security manager, and CISO. Currently, Michael serves as security lead for DHIS2, an open-source data collection, management, and analysis platform used in more than 100 countries.
